Crazy Waterfall Scheme Chosen For D.C.’s New Elevated Park

Rem Koolhaas’s Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) and landscape architecture firm OLIN have been chosen as the designers of Washington D.C.’s new elevated park, the 11th Street Bridge Park.
